My definition of a pervert is someone who has abnormal behavior,attitudes or obsessions. They are considered abnormal by general society and often illegal acts such as child molesters but also the fascination with subjects that are considered bizzare.Hope this helps.

1. Go to a place you like, is he/she there?
2. does the person's smile glow?
3. what about the person's laugh, does it cheer you up?
4. Do you like being around the person?

my personal definition is , when someone does something they would never want their grandmother to know. . all sorts of things can be perverted.a word a song an action , the list goes on. but how people deal with perversion is the compromise.
