How long has it been since your first period? Usually you grow taller for about two years after that.
Optimal sleep - at least 8 hours a night
Healthy diet - no fried, fast or junk food - not even diet
A good multivitamin with minerals
Drink about 1/2 gallon of water a day
Do aerobic exercise three days a week, and do 3 sets each of 8 reps of - pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches
NO strenuous body building until you are done growing

you'll probably grow a bit more but, you're fine. everyone in this world is different and you shouldn't worry about your height. i am 15 and only 5'0. that's short, but i've learned to accept and love myself the way i am. i have a friend that's about 30 and she's only 4'9-4'10. so don't worry about it, you're perfect the way that you are.

You could just get talller when you get older. but try exersing and stuff but if shortness runs in your family then it is probally genetics. But I don't know good tips because I was 5 foot 2in 5th grade.

Be sure to eat well. If you skip out on nutrients at an early age, it will stunt your growth. Be sure to eat enough and from all four food groups.

You grow as tall as you grow and there's nothing you can do about it. You are probably just a late bloomer. If you're healthy, you're fine. You can't do much else.

it might be genetics. just eat healthy, excercise, and sleep a lot. if that doesn't work then it's probably genetics!
