I think you must understand that sometimes what a person has "written or asked" they have given it great thought. Sure, you'll get some answers and questions that are frivolous delete them if you like.
I always put thought into my words even though I know some people have asked something which is off base. Enjoy the site and forget about whether the question and answered is intellect you.

Oh come on, you might think that a question or an answer is stupid, but thats not the case....to you a question may be stupid because you believe its too simple or common sense.......but there is no such thing as a stupid questions....you might know something that someone else might not, so relax and answer each question w/o judgement.......................its different levels of knowledge, some know little about a topic..........you wouldnt like sitting next to someone who has a phD to think your simple questions are stupid........be wise and listen do not be arrogant.

Philosophy is also a section where you get to view other people's perspectives at other people's curiosity at things. If we see things in a light hearted way, then that could count as well.
But I mean, if there was a serious answer requiring serious answers, then I guess you should be serious.

I actually dont think that there is such thing as stupid question, except a few. As you say, seacrhing for own truth. Different people have different philosophy so its not really fair to say someone else question is silly. It is silly if you refuse to answer them accordingly.

Well, one would think that's the case. Obviously not though...... Oddly enough, sometimes the stupid questions &/or answers do provide a chance to see things in a different light.

We each are traveling what appears to be the same road in possibly the same direction, however in mental and thoughtful wise questioning of our surroundings we can only understand that we each are on a different plain of existence even though we possess the ability to see, hear and comprehend each other as we travel. Those that appear to be asking "stupid" questions or answers, are only reflecting their level of knowledge and learning.
In other words, we rise only as far as we can express our being.

Awww, golly gee.... please don't take the fun out of it.
Ok... let's all get serious now. No humor will be tolerated from here on out.
NOT! Like it or not.... Yahoo! Answers has room for seriousness and for humor. That's what makes the world go round.
Sorry.... somebody ruffled your feathers. Cheer up. Life's really not so bad.
