How do you black men feel about our black women?

Question

It is obvious black men that we have work to do. We were (at some point in time) regarded as being a top pick for women of all races. Now it seems like we are the least favorite in my eyes. It is now more evident that even black women are getting tired of us. I must admit, as a whole we have failed black women calling them hoez and biches and even now as I am on this yahoo I am seeing that black women don't really want anything to do with us as a whole. I admit that black women make up 2% of the women I have dated in my life and I didn' t start dating them until a year ago and have found that NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING can compare to a black women. But now they are not really trying to deal with us anymore. How does this make you black men feel? It's kinda disturbing but I can only blame us for it.
BLACK MEN WAKE UP. WE ARE LOOSING THE BLACK WOMEN, THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE HAD OUR BACK.

I'm not black (I'm Italian), but my wife is a sexy black woman and I don't have any problem in the world showing my woman how much I respect her, love her and adore her! Every chance I get I'm buying her something, or taking her somewhere special. Even though she's not much of a "material girl" I can't help but shower her with "things" as well as showing her in "other ways" that I care. I respect ALL women (even when they don't show respect for themselves). One of my best friends is black (he's a user on Yahoo named "Nigel") and he's a cool cat! And he too LOVES his black Nubian princesses! So you're not alone in the love for black women. And the thug mentality is sure enough played out! It's definately time for a new, more respectful approach!

I can kinda see where you're coming from but with the way African American men are portrayed in media and what not it could possibly have an effect subconsciously ya know.

I myself am gay and happen to be bi-racial. I've NEVER been attracted to black men. Not that I'm prejudice or anything but it's just a preference... They could have the most toned body, awesome attitude but I'm still turned off. I think it might have to do with the environment we're all raised in because I was always surrounded by white people.haha

So I don't know if this helps you at all but figured I put in my 2 cents.

I think we are too preoccupied by the collor of skin people have. This mentallity although seemingly inoccent and filled with pride inevitably leads to hate eventually. Before you try to be a good strong black man. Just try being a good strong man.

I don't disrespect black women because my sisters are black and my mother is a black strong woman.
My father never disrespected my mother or any woman in front of us.
I do not agree with everything black men do....I think a lot of them were raised to feel more superior than women in general. It really irritates me because it makes it bad for brothas like me who thinks highly of black women.
Black women are the Epitomy of Beauty!
People pay big bucks for their features!

it differs from man to man. Lots of prior influences have brought them to feel the way they do but its NO EXCUSE to continue to live mean and demaning lives.

For women who stick with men like that, its their fault. The law of attraction is just doing its job

I think this problem is all in your head, in fact i see more couples with black man white woman, than white man black women.
Second of all, all men should stop trying to be all alpha hoe ***** men, it gets the attention of the girls only when they hear and discuss what a ******** prick that guy is!
