That is far overstocked for cichlids. Cichlids are very territorial fish and will not tolerate those crowded conditions. Further, you are mixing South American Cichlids with African Cichlids and that is a no-no as well. They have quite different requirements and you can't provide for one group without harming the other group.

I have always felt that the best cichlid tanks contain several specimens of a few species. I would suggest you pick one or two species and go from there. Look up each species and see what their adult size will be and what their requirements are as far as tank space. For example, I wouldn't try to keep more than 4-5 firemouths in a 30 gallon tank and doing that know that as soon as 2 of them pair off I would have to remove the others.

Since the Africans you mention are smaller than most of the South American you mention, I would first look at the Africans as potential tank mates.

I would also suggest you look into a synodontis cat for an african cichlid tank catfish. A pleco will need different water conditions and will quickly outgrow your tank.

As far as tiger barbs in a cichlid tank... just say no.

Here's your breakdown:

Firemouth Cichlid - Compatible with the pleco. Minimum tank size for the firemouth is 20 gallons.
Convict Cichlid - Compatible with the pleco. Minimum tank size is 30 gallons for the convict.
Kenyi cichlid - Compatible with the electric yellow and electric blue. Minimum tank size is 50 gallons.
Jewel Cichlid - for some reason an African cichlid that is good Jack Dempseys and Green Terrors. However, they will KILL plecos. Minimum tank size is 30 gallons for the jewel alone.
Common pleco gets over 2 feet long. And would need a much bigger tank.

Nope, just way too much fish in that tank. The pleco for one getsover a foot big. The firemouth can get up to 8 or so inches, the rest average between 4-6 inches. Thats just way too much. As for adding barbs. No way! Put them in a seperate tank.

No.

Those grow to 6 inches, so six 6 inch Cichlids would be crowded.

Besides, you are mixing African cichlids with American cichlids which would never work.

I HAVE 75 GALLON TANK IN WHICH I HAVE TWO JACK DEMPSEY'S, AND TWO OSCARS. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE CICHLIDS IN A TANK BEFORE, BUT MAKE SURE YOU PLACE AGGRESSIVE FISH WITH AGGRESSIVE FISH IN AN ADEQUATELY SIZED TANK. RULE OF THUMB IS 1 GALLON OF WATER FOR EACH INCH OF FISH. ALSO, TWO CONVICT CICHLIDS CAN BE QUITE INTERESTING. THEY BREED LIKE MAD IF YOU LUCK UP ON A MALE/FEMALE COMBO. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR TANK!
