plant a garden, or buy some fish, and just take a mooment to enjoy either one, i myself found some time to make me a little garden and find my self enjoyng it while im starting to get a liitle stressed, i go and water my flowers, trimmed the dead flowers, loosening up the dirt, it is just so relaxing, but if you really dont have time for a garden go buy youself some fish and a nice sized fishtank, and set it next to a cnfortable chair, now sit back and relax. you will enjoy just watching them
