Only if you feel you're entitled to serve jail time for it.
More than likely that is what will happen if you do it.

HOW are you entitled? They are the ones paying you simply to show up and do what they ask you to do...
If you feel underpaid, then talk to your boss or someone in H.R. If you have a valid complaint, then they should be able to help you out - or perhaps suggest a different job where you would be happy.
But... if you have the time to use Yahoo! Answers at work, then you aren't doing enough to warrant that raise...
Trust me - taking the money will only land you in a place where they pay even less, you can't leave, and the chance of butt-rape is significantly higher...

Legally you know you are wrong. Ethically you may have gournds if they are grossly underpying you. Skim if you want, but don't expect to not get caught. Or to have ti come up before the statute of limitations ends.
