I didn't like it at first but the more I look at it the better it becomes for you.

Cust, Buck and Wakefield for LaDuca and Escobar is a fair trade for both sides. While Harang and Capano for Young and Bedard is a nice trade for you. I think that Capano is going to be good this year but I don't like that Harang pitches in that softball field they call a stadium. And I'm a big fan of Young (I own him on almost all my teams this year) and Bedard has good stuff and should be able to put on solid numbers.

So I guess this is a good trade for you...plus it frees up a roster spot so you can take a flyer on some prospect or something.

Seems like a pretty reasonable trade to me. He gets a couple of solid bats and some pitching to replace lost starters. You get the better of the pitching end and he gets some good complimentary bats....seems like two teams that can fill needs reasonably so I think it is fair.

Sounds like a pretty fair trade to me. If you take out Buck, who is pretty much irrelevant, and Cust, who's probably going back to the minors once Piazza returns, it seems like a pretty even trade.

no way the if you have Wakefield and cuapano i would keep them and it all depends in who you need like bedard is a great strikeout pitcher but i you have good pitchers and you don't need a catcher then don't worry about it.
