It depends. I try not to be a follower of others unless I see that they are setting a good example. I also try to be a leader and set a good example for others. You affect people by making a difference in their lives.

I was thinking about this last year, because I noticed that everybody at school either fit into a group, or was the "leader" of a group. I noticed that the leaders were always very confident and sure of themselves. They argued their personal opinions like facts, you have to convince people that you're the absolute best.
