Check your a/c drain line it's clogged up with rust or algea. You can unclogg the line by using pressurizing the line. and buy some a/c drain tablets to help clean your lines and try to get a plumber to move that drain to the outside of your house or to put it to drain to your bathroom sink.

The A/C unit should have a drain that goes into a vent stack. Often this drain will stop up with algae. Pouring 25% bleach solution into the drain should clear it up. You'll have to repeat this periodocially.

Check the drain on your unit, it should go to the outside of the house. It may have rotted off like most do. You may have to put a new hose on it and fix it so it drains to the side of the house.

Why was your central air unit put in a place where it leaks inside your house? I think that I would call the company that installed it and ask them to hook up some type of drainage or maybe they can tell you what you should do.

Either your ductwork is not well insulated or your condensate drain is overflowing and in both situations you should call an HVAC co. to assess the situation.
