I was wondering what it feels like to have sex for the first time.
Does it hurt?
How bad?
What do I have to do?

hum.. risky question.
But here goes.

my first time was when I was 30. I met this girl in the new paper. we talked all night, I took her out to dinner. I mean I developed feelings for her but I didn't feel the need to have sex. But that night it was late and she had to drive about 4 hours home. I told her to sleep in my bed and i would take the living room.

Later that night she came to me. we talked more but I could feel her advances. I asked before we got farther "should we do this?" is it really necessary?.. I didn't want to jeopardize something we may have as a relationship. granted As a young adult I masturbated and this helped me prepare for some feeling most of us don't know how to comprehend. I have been told to love thy self before you can love someone else.
Needless to say I married that girl and we have been happily married for 11 years. Sex is still great and we still talk.

So I think your answer is: Talking first helps and don't forget the protection. But yes it could and can hurt if your not ready.

I had the same question before I had sex, and a trusted female friend (my Godmother) sat me down and gave me a good talk. She was also the one who showed me how to wear make-up and bought me my first sexy bra/panty set when I was hit the teens. Anyway, she bought me the book "Forever" by Judy Blume.

But to answer your question . . . Yes it can hurt. A lot depends on how ready you are and how much control the guy has. If you have no idea what I am talking about . . .then please allow me to offer some unsolicited advice.

PLEASE go to someone you trust and admire and talk to them. If you feel you don't want to talk face to face, I listed some good books below.

It depends if your hymen has been broken. I broke mine playing on a jungle jim when I was about 10, and it hurt like hell. My Mom broke hers when she was young riding a horse, but there was no pain. Just a little blood. Since it's your first time, tell him to be slow and gentle. If he breaks your hymen, it will only hurt a little. Don't worry. Hopefully, you'll excited, so it'll be lubricated. That's good. Wait till you're turned on, and in love. What you have to do will come naturally.

Yes it hurts pretty bad.

I don't know what to say about making it less painful, maybe take a pain pill in advance.

Make sure you're man knows that it's going to hurt and is willing to be slow and gentle and stop if you need to.

Also make sure you are thouroughly aroused first (dripping wet to be graphic) it will make things easier

your first time should be as an adult...first of all..it has to hurt a little -the hymen will be ruptured which is a thin film of skin that protects the vaginal canal...the man with whom you will have sex with will pretty much do everything as he will slide within you...the fact that you are tight and are a virgin, he NEEDS to go slowly and YOU NEED to make sure that he does...and I MEAN IT..if he starts to get OVERLY agressive you get the HELL OUT!!!

otherwise...as long as he is gentle...you will benefit by being as relaxed as possible...spread your legs, wrap them around his torsoe and enjoy it as much as you can...but don't be afraid for it to be a bit uncomfortable at first...

If you've played a lot of sports, it really shouldn't be that bad. But typically, the actually breaking will be painful but after it will not be as bad unless it is going rough or the person doesn't know what they are doing.

HELLO LINDSAY,
HOW OLD ARE YOU? JUST BECAUSE OTHER GIRLS YOU KNOW ARE DOING IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU MUST TOO.
REMEMBER, ONCE YOU GROW OLDER AND MEET THE MAN YOU TRULY DEEPLY LOVE YOU WOULD WANT TO BE HIS FIRST.
YOUR TREASURE, YOUR VIGIVINITY, SHOULD NOT JUST BE A THING TO BE WASTED ON THE FIRST GUY WHO COMES ALONG. MAYBE YOU CAN TALK TO YOUR MOM AND ASK HER IF SHE WISHED SHE HAD ALSO WAITED LIKE YOU.

It kind depends on how nervous you are, how sure you are that you are ready for the experience. As far as what you have to do - it will come naturally.....just be sure you are ready and if so relax.
