I'm very small and it seems like guys like women with bigger, you know. I'm 4' 2" and weigh 82 pounds. Should I go for a c size or maybe a d size?

Say hello to severe back pain. With that frame you should go no bigger than what you are now. OK maybe a small C.
How old are you and what size are you now?
Its risky for anyone with regards to surgery. Make sure you research your heart out before going under the knife.

These things are very personal. You're petite, and that alone appeals to a certain percentage of guys.
As for their safety, they're pretty safe. It is a surgical procedure, and there's always a risk of infection, as skin cannot be made sterile. Usually though these infections are minor and easily cleared up with antibiotics.
I don't know what kind of problems are associated with implants if you get pregnant and want to nurse. Your surgeon can tell you this.

If it's a mouthful, then you're good enough. Of course you could also get a couple of strategically placed bee stings and that should do the trick too.

NO! you are asking for more problems than you know. You will never find someone who loves you for who you are if you alter your body to some outlandish standard that only shallow men are attracted to.
Learn to love yourself and the rest will follow.

I've been around enough to say with confidence that I have never seen implants that didn't look fake.
Go with what you've got.

No. I'm 4'10" and my back really hurts from having large breasts, you will be in more pain then they are worth. Let alone the fact that they will likely not fit in you.

only if you feel like toppling over like a weeble, and living with backaches for the rest of your life, be happy with what God gave you, not all guys adore big ones, play up the assets you already have.
