Anyone who has children of this age or has worked with children of this age will know how absolutley unforgiving they can be. I don't like the idea of revenge generally, but I do think this could be a way to allow people who seem to deliberately want to ruin your day to reassess their priorities! Who would you like to give the job of entertainer to?

I think Cherie Blair would be ideal for the job.
She is sooo in touch with the 11-13 age group. If they get out of hand she can slam an ASBO on them, or get them tagged, admitted to a young offenders institution.

Can we make it Paris Hilton's community service? Actually, she's mentally too close in age to the tweens, so she could probably succeed in entertaining them. How about Dick Chenney! Yeah, I'd love to see that drunk-friend shooting, war - profiteering, cynical, amoral hypocrite thrown to the mercy of a group of eleven to thirteen year olds.
