Percentage has nothing to do with how much the test was "worth"...

17/30 * 100 is your percentage. (57% which is an "F")...

If you want to know how many points you got, multiply 0.57 * 200 = 113...

Good thing it wasn't an English test.

the percentage doesnt change. if it does you can yell at your teacher for changing your grade

17/30= 57% (ouch)

if the test is being weighed more by your teacher making it worth more points your grade will be 113/220=56.5% round up to 57%

thsi is called equivalent fractions (although thats not 100% equivalent it is the same idea)

if that test is really worth 200 pts you better ask for soem extra credit. good luck fixing your grade!

i hope that was not your math final that would suck

your percentage is simply your number right divided by how many problems there were times 100%: 17/30 * 100%=56.7%

if you want to know how many points you received, take 56.7% of 200 = 200*.567=113points

You would have a 56.6% on the test. That would mean you got 113.3 points on the test.
