I think you should just wear what you normally wear. I don't go to concerts too much, but don't dress like how you think the people would dress. Dress in whatever you usually wear.

Umm, you're going to get bashed at slayer concert if you're worried about what you're going to wear!!

I'm soo surprised marilyn mansons playing with slayer!! I'd think the slayer fans would throw stuff at him, weird they would mix (generalising big time here) Goths with hardcore metal heads.

Wear something you're not fond of, because if you're in the mosh pit - chances are you'll come back with half a shirt.

If you're going to mosh, yes, you are emphatically expected to be shirtless. And whether you're moshing or not, shirts are apparently not required.
So I've got a dare for you, to take the "don't wear a shirt you like" one step further:
Wear your oldest, thinnest undershirt, and as soon as you get in the door, tear it off (don't just pull it off) and toss it in a trash bin. If anybody later asks where your shirt is, you can truthfully say, "It got torn off." In contrast, your jeans and boots should be as near indestructible as possible.
You might want to have a friend write "Marilyn Manson" on one of your pecs with a felt-tip pen and "Slayer" on the other. Or "Marilyn" on one pec, "Manson" on the other, and "Slayer" just above your navel. (You ARE saggin' your pants, aren't you? At least below the belly-button?)
I do NOT dare you to cut "SLAYER" into your flesh, no matter how "awesome" it looks. (See links below.)

If it's black you can't go wrong. I know a kid who's a manson fan, wears black a lot, though not all the time (most of the time), he'd probably just wear one of his black, smart alec, t-shirts..no big thing.

Don't wear something you're not used to...you don't wanna be a poser.
