I am going to describe a situation. What I would like to know is in your opinion is this pedophilia or something else. This is a 28 yr old male. When he was 20 yrs old he had a sexual relationship w/ a 13 yr old girl for about 1 1/2 years. about the same time there were some instances where he had tried crawling into bed with his sister (who was about 16 at the time) and hed try kissing or fondling her shed wake up and when the mother would come hed say how he just got the wrong bed. At the same time, he would beat the other sister (who was around 13 or 14). basically if he was upset w/ something and the girl said anything he would beat her around some. The worste incident im aware of is he threw a glass at her it hit her knee and shattered. she had glass thru her thighs (from how she was sitting) her ears hands her arms were cut but there were no shards of glass. Naturally, her knee was the worste w/ the shards and being cut. now...(continued in ADDED DETAILS)

now social services did find out about his crawling into bed w/ the one sister and he was ordered to counseling or not allowed around the girls. He never completed the counseling. apparently from my understanding in a report the counselor felt he was a threat to young women and the man didnt like this at all so he never went back. now, there is a 13 yr old girl he has been in contact with. (this is a family member of his, the family members do not no of his past) he supplies her w/ marijuana, and enjoys "flashing' her. I do not beleive anything has really happened between them yet she is disgusted by these flashing and walks away. However she has some friends and I have noticed when her friends r around (especially one very pretty well developed girl who is extremely sexual) he likes to b around them alot. he has a gf his age. and he has friends his age. The scariest part is he also has a 13 yr old daughter he is trying to get custody of.

Please remember this is all in the past. And after the bed incidents happened a couple times he was asked to leave the home and not return until he received proper help) the sisters r audlts now however one has very low self esteem and struggles to fit into society adequately yet she is making marvelous progress. the other has had 9 pregnancies in 4 yrs (not to the brother she is married) she married a wife beater and is now going thru a divorce she is severely depressed so much so that she is unable to hold steady work. I do not know if this is from the past but im sure it has contributed to their lives.

umm, okay so outcast09 seems to be a buddy of this guy your asking the question about. Any way. jdphd was right in that it isnt technically pedophelia because the girls were adolescents, but there is an incestuous element and he clearly has some serious boundary issues to say the least. He definitely exhibits some behaviors that historically lead to increasingly more violent behaviors. I would definitely discourage him having contact with young girls, i would absolutely try and prevent, through information, him getting custody of his daughter, and i would get very far away from this person, very quickly.

not only is it pedophilia but this guy is deeply disturbed, at 20 you definitely know right from wrong... He has some serious issues and was either molested when he was a child or dropped on his head.
why was a20 year old man in the same room sleeping as a 16 year old? the wrong bed... he should be in the wrong room, and how many times did the mom bust him in there?

Pedophilia is: The act or fantasy on the part of an adult of engaging in sexual activity with a child or children. Sounds to me like he has way more wrong than that. Sounds like he has major control and rage issues and perhaps compulsion. This person needs to immediatly seek guidance from a professional and that is putting it mildly.

Actually, this is not technically pedophilia. Pedophilia is a sexual attraction to PRE-pubescent children. This person seems to be dealing with Ephebophilia which is the sexual attraction to adolescents.
Regardless of the technical diagnosis, this is clearly a problem and it's important that children not be around this person and that he receives appropriate treatment.

You have a very bad person here and you need to report him again, both to CPS, police and any other agency in your region that deals with this issue. He is not safe and those young girls around him are not safe.
