They scared the crap out of Libya! Look at them now they're even opening US owned oil refineries there now! Muammar Qaddafi is nothing but a lil bish. Bush scared him. So see Bush did one thing right.

Bungling Boob Bush thinks TEXAS is a separate nation owned, controlled, and manifested by Oil Barons and "Days of Cavaliers".
Even the contrived phony figures, which call themselves Jews, would have a hard time matching this insanity!

Considering several polls done worldwide over the last 3 years. YES there scare the hell out of a majority of people in every country surveyed except Israel. Although i suspect it is about the consequences of your policies that are the scary part.

The capability to remove Iraqi government in a couple of weeks with a couple of hundred casualties has to make many governments fear our capability. Or resolve, judging by our current congressional leadership, may give the impression that anybody can bully us. Iran, Syria, N. Korea and a few other governments are probably pretty careful not to cross a certain line.

I do not think the government scares anyone but the citizens of
the USA.
I think the citizens and the military can mutiny and take over
and that would scare everyone.
