there were 56 men who signed the document. Which two are you asking about? Thomas Jefferson wrote and signed, John Adams signed, both of these men were future presidents.

The Declaration of Independence (I think that is what you mean) was signed by all the members of the Continental Congress.
There were Representatives from all 13 colonies, and while I am not sure of the total number, it was certainly more than two.

Two? There were at least a dozen. Among them John Hancock, Ben Franklin, Benjamin Rush, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson.
