A flesh-toned bra is best for under things that might a little transparent.
Measure around the chest directly under the breast at a constant height with the cloth measuring tape. Add 5 inches to that measurement. This dimension is your bra/band size (If the bra size works out to an ODD number go up one inch to the next EVEN number.) This should equal the circumference around the chest, directly above the breasts/under the arms.
Now measure around the chest at the height of the fullest part of the breast. The measuring tape should be held horizontal, flat on your back, and your arms should be down. Make a note of that measurement (only used for comparison) and compare it to the Bra Size from step 1.
To determine the proper Cup Size, find the difference between step 2 and step 1 (step 2 - step 1.) Each inch is a cup size. One inch is an A, two inches is a B, etc.

OK hun, don't worry or be embarrassed.
The best color to wear that would not show under your white shirt would be one that is the same as your skin color. It is definetly the best way to not see it.
The number refers to the distance you measure going just under the bust and around the back. So, it is basically the length of the bottom parts of the bra that go around your rib cage. The letters refer to the cup sizes, from AA to D or more! If you have a hard time finding the right size, you can go to a Victoria's Secret or high end department store and they will measure you and then you'll know what to get. And, get measured once a year, you're growing of course, but even as grown women we need to change sizes too. Sometimes we need a bigger cup size before our periods, or if pregnant, or weight loss or gain. So, don't be embarrassed, be proud of growing up into a beautiful young woman with a great future and take pride in your gender! OK, you don't have to jump around in joy. LOL

Try a white or tan bra...i also have a light pink bra that does not show through white.
As for the bra sizes...the letter is the actual cup size and the number is the width all the way around your top half.

A nude (beige) colored bra would not show through a white shirt. Get a smooth bra, not lace, so that it doesn't look lumpy through the shirt. The Victoria's Secret "Very Sexy" bra is really smooth with a little padding and you can't see lines or bumps (or nipples) through the shirt.
34 is the measurement all the way around your chest and back, measured under your breasts. A is the cup size.

Hi, there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
How about a white bra under anything white? That's what I do. Black or white bra would be fine under yellow, probably white though.
Just as the others answered, but I would go and have yourself measured. Macy's use to measure for bras, I think Victoria's Secret measures too. Sounds uncomfortable, but I was was wearing a size to big, and I am much more comfortable!

1. I think that you should wear a light colored bra like a white or a beige.
2. The 34 is the measurment around that you are like under your breasts and the A is the Cup size.

Beige bra because it's closest to your skin color (or brown if you're dark) white will still show.
34 means your chest measurement under the breasts, and A is the cup size

Michelle, its okay! It's not embarrassing at all!!!
K well to your first question you would need a "nude" colored bra. It's like the color of skin.
For your second color the "34" means how wide and the A is the cup size. There are sizes: AA, A, B, C, D, DD and even more!!!
I hope i helped & dont be embarassed!
