I have a guy dancer in my class, he's about 17. We really don't think of him as a sissy, if dancing something you want to try or love to do whos gonna stop you! don't worry about what others will think, as long as your having fun keep doing it. As for ballet attire I would go to a dance store or try discountdancesupply.com but the guy in my class just wears shorts and a t-shirt, but he does have to wear ballet shoes. good luck and I say go for it!! : )

i have been taking ballet ever since i can remember. ballet is about passion...and i am sorry, if you are afriad of looking like a "sissy boy" then you don't have that passion and need for ballet. i say, who cares what everyone else thinks! and i find it a little insulting when you use the word "sissy" because i love ballet and it is 100% NOT for a sissy.

I am a part time dance teacher and we are crying out for boys. It is a shame he feels he will get bullied, if the school is reputable they should be able to give him private lessons which will build his confidence and then he will feel more confident and able to join in with a class. Shame you're not in the Cheshire area! We only have 4 boys in the whole of the dance school

Your question sounds like an odd fantasy. Actually, you've been having this fantasy for a while, more than 5 months already. This time you forgot to ask why the teacher is carrying a stick.

u can wear just sweatpants and a white shirt (at least, the guys at my studio do) and also, i really admire guys who take dance. if u do foot ball, it really helps. it will make u less clumsy and such
i say go for it! dont care what anyone thinks. it might even get u a girlfriend ;D

Just read your other questions. This is really insulting to men who have the talent to dance.

You have no interest in ballet. You're just using this section to indulge in your cross-dressing and mother-punishment fetish.
