Wouldnt you rather hear people riding escalades than people talking about death and satan.? wouldnt you like to see the best elements worn around a neck and teeth than that black makeup ?

I listen to both, but of course I like Hip Hop a lot more than Rock. I also like Rap/Rock collaborations like '99 Problems' by Jay-Z and Rick Rubin.

hiphop for me. and im not talking about the radio crap where they talk about chains, cars, clubs, women, and being a "gangsta". im talking about the real hiphop, not this disneyland just trying to make a quick bill however i can bullshit. im mean really how many songs can you listen too with the same message just different lyrics. underground and independent is where its at. they dont have the big wigs telling them whats hot and what will make them money. it shouldnt be all about the money!!!
