I have a room mate and we are getting a 3 bedroom apartment(lease signed allready), if i wanted to move into a 2 bedroom apartment on the same property (at a later date), will that break the lease or will i have to sign a new one? Will some one HAVE to stay in the 3 bedroom in order for no leases to be broken, or what? I know the apartment people mentioned soemthing about transfers on property, but i didnt get that info in full detail.i hae no problem paying FULL rent alone in the 3 bedroom, but that's just it, ALONE! LMAO!
Thanks for all the help!

The lease that is already signed is the ruling document. There should be a section that talks about termination, sub-letting and other things that might take place. The best thing that you might do it to pose this question, in writing, to the management and see how they answer. Cross reference their answer to your lease. If they describe something that is not specifically spelled out in your lease you can challange it and possible get it changed, maybe something in your favor.pp
