I think you are not correct ! it is men for his negative quests induces women to get divided. The basic power is with women but the men really utilises the power.

Because they go by feelings and emotions instead of logic and thought. Do an experiment; ask a guy a question, he'll reply by saying he "thinks...." ask the same question to a woman and she'll say she "feels...."
