My left is one cup size bigger then my right. It makes it very hard to find a bra that fits. The problem is that this is totally normal and just natural so there really isn't anything that i know of that can help. You could try doing certain exercises that might help. But Almost everyone has difference size breasts just sometimes its not as noticeable as other (those lucky people) When i was pregnant, they were pretty even but after that, back to normal. You can get bras specially made to make them look even but it took me a long time to not be so insecure about mine. Now i joke about it. If you cant find any way to improve it, just try to be comfortable with it, you will feel a lot better about it once you aren't so self conscious about it (if you are.) Good luck hun. You could also talk to an OB/GYN about it and see if they have any suggestions.

I have uneven breasts, too - one is a B cup and one is C. But I don't really worry that much about it anymore because I found a good padded bra (the kind with an underwire that's supposed to be "push-up", very sturdy) and I put one of those chicken-fillet-looking silicone inserts in the smaller side. The stiff bra conceals the shape of the insert, so they look pretty much even - now I have to figure something out for my swimsuit! The only downside to this is that I have these huge-looking boobs now, and I'd really rather have smaller boobs and not have to wear all the uncomfortable padding. But, oh well.
I've never heard of any way of changing your boob size without surgery. A lot of products advertise that they can make your boobs bigger, but I think it's generally agreed that they're full of crap.

Breasts are naturally asymmetrical but your case sounds a little more dramatic.
You could try these people: http://www.homeherbs.com/1180648221789853/category/54-Breast_Enhancement.html
They don't go for the sensational attitude a lot of so-called breast enlarging pills do. There's also a lot of very good pictures if you have a look around.
Also, regular massage - say 20 minutes twice a day of just squeezing and manipulating the smaller breast - can help:)

No, I'm sorry! If people could eat something or take a natural hormone to grow/even breasts out, surgery wouldn't be so popular!

Oh, weird, I have the same problem, not even joking.
My left breast is at a 38 D. My right doesn't even come up to an A.
My doctor said the right one isn't growing because the tissue died. I have to loose some weight, but I will be getting sugery at the end of this year.
It's going to be a long proceedure, and painful might I add.
But ask your doctor because more than likely it's going to end up being the case.
If you need someone to talk to feel free to email me.
Actually please do I have a few questions for you about it.

this is very normal, esp if you are still young, when you get fatter or when you become pregnant you'll bearly notice the difference in size... all you can do is to massage your breast with alcohol free oil after having a bath... and wear your bra even when you are sleeping to stop the enlargement of one of them or becoming tender
DO NOT TAKE ANY HORMONE OR BREAST ENLARGING CREAMS 99% OF THEM IS CARCINOGENC
don't hesitate to e-mail me for any neede help

There is nothing you can do except for buy inserts for the smaller cup, which would end up looking odd because of the very different size.
You could get implants for the smaller breast, or reduce the larger breast.
