I personally think it is disgusting. If I have to blow my nose, I will go to the restroom so that I don't gross everyone out. Am I just over reacting, or do you agree?

You aren't over reacting. I 100% agree with you. It is nasty when people blow their nose in the restaurant without going to the bathroom!

Honestly, I think the act of blowing your nose should be done in the bathroom if you are out in public. It would be rude to do so in an establishment where people are eating.

No, as long as they don't do it over my food. Sometimes you may sneeze suddenly and don't want to get up to go all the way to the restroom to blow your nose.

cell phone talking, is alot worse, blowing the nose can't be helped, talking loud is a choice of just being rude to others and who ever they are with

It is something you have to do at times but I think if you have to blow your nose do it in the bathroom.

i totally agree, but then im kinda polite in that way if i do say so myself and even at home i blow my nose in the bathroom, even if im alone cous i dnt wanna freak out my kat, bob (AKA robert j. buttons) and if i do freak him out he runs around the house like a maniac and it cracks me and my dad out but i blow my nose in the bathroom anyway.

Well, it beats watching thick trails of mucous run down their face and drip off of their chin into the clam chowder. If they can pull out a kleenex (vs. their lap napkin), keep it fairly quiet, and throw the thing away or at least out of sight, then I'm cool. But if they're going to trumpet the bejeezus out of their nose, then it's time to retreat to the restroom or outside.
Nose-picking is DEFINITELY out of bounds!
