Hello, I am sorry to hear you are feeling a bit down. You have this under Marriage and Divorce so I assume something is wrong with your marriage?

When I am down, I pray. I also try to remember that there is Always someone worse off than me. It is OK to have a bad day and feel that way once in a while, but there are always going to be better days. Remember the ones you love and who love you. Give one of them a call and tell them how you feel about them. It will brighten their day and make you smile to know that you gave them a good thought.

You have many friends who would love to give you a hug. Hugs to you.

I hope you feel better soon. Be thankful of everything you do have and the friends and family that you have and love you. You can also volunteer somewhere. When volunteering, I feel like I make a difference in someones life. It can even be just going and smiling and saying hello to someone else who looks down, or opening a door for someone that has their arms full of stuff. Go to youtube and put in laughing babies. A babies laugh will always cheer you up.

Again, hugs to you. Tomorrow will always be a brighter day. Think positive and shoo the negative bad feelings and thoughts away.

Again hugs to you.

Cheer up - life is too short to be down in the dumps....just look at all the friends on here in the jokes section and you'll not be down for long.

Smile! it doesn't cost much and enriches those who receive it :)

Could be. Perhaps you should call a friend to talk to or go out and do something with this evening. Or, go to bed early and you will wake up refreshed and will see things differently in the morning.

Find something to do! The more you think about how bad you feel, the worse you start feeling! Go rent a movie, paint a picture, clean your room, or call a friend!

PS- You are not alone feeling alone! :-)

Only you know why...we don't know what is going on in your life to trigger lonliness. Spousal problems perhaps, since you posted in Marriage & Divorce?

Find something to entertain you...make your favorite meal...watch a funny movie... talk to a good friend...

It is normal to feel lonely if you have no intimate relationship in your life. It is good to have someone to hold at night, as you lay in bed...with her head upon your chest, all that. As St. Paul said, one in bed can get no warmth. People were meant to sleep together! Pray to God in the Name of Jesus Christ to send you a companion...and I don't mean to play tiddlywinks with!
