Put them back where you found them. Your scent on them will NOT keep the mother away. That's just a wives tale. They will die from shock if you try to keep them.

You never should have taken them in the first place, but I guess you figured that out. The mother rabbit leaves her babies in a nest all day long by themselves. She feeds them in the early morning and late evening, and other than that, they are left alone.
Now that you have taken them, you need to call a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. It is illegal for you to keep wild animals, and wild rabbits are extremely difficult to raise. Give them to the people who have the training and the resources to do the job correctly.
You can find a licensed wildlife rehabilitator here:

Did you find them in the wild? If so, LEAVE THEM ALONE. The mother will probably come back if you stay away and stop bothering them. And do NOT handle them any more.
Come back in a few days - check discretely without touching them or disturbing their nest. If after checking a few times you are SURE the mother has abandoned them, check out this page for hand rearing tips.http://www.rabbit.org/care/babies.html

You CAN rear them on baby formula. But this is hard work. I suggest using an old syringe (without the needle!) to feed them.
If some have their eyes open, that means they're about 10 days old. They will start to eat solids at about 2 weeks minimum, but need milk for 5 weeks.
Good luck with your new family!!!

Put them back where you found them. DO NOT check back. Call your local animal control officer to ask who the wild life rehab person is. Let THEM do the monitoring. You don't get to decide whether they are abandoned.

they need constant care! get a special warming pack, not too hot! keep them warm. they need special rabbit formula. go to petsmart and ask someone who works there. its most likely they wont survive now that you've touched them. ^-^ i hope you learned from your mistake...i did with my hamsters.
