I'm considering selling my old gamecube system (the cable that plugs into the TV is dead) and buying a Wii. How much do they cost new and used at Gamestop, and how much does Gamestop pay for used G-cubes?

If you sell your gamecube, you will get about $24. I happen to asked them because I'm thinking about selling mine myself. Not sure how much a new one cost. You can always go to Gamestop website and find out. As for the wii, it cost $250. :)

a few years ago i remember the the used gamecubes were about 60 dollars, but that has probably went down to 40 or 50 dollars. so i don't think you will get that much for the used game cube. a new wii cost about 250, and i'm not sure if i have even seen a used wii yet.

there is not any longer that various a value distinction between the used ones and the variety new ones so i might get a sparkling one if I have been you. The Wii has backward compatibility so it works with all good Gamecube video games, controllers, and memory enjoying cards.
