Yes, it absolutely would. See a doctor and also get a test for diabetes, which has similar symptoms.
Good luck.

Hmmm... well i also have thyroid. i also get hungry very fast even after having a good meal. i get tired very easily. but always have trouble sleeping. i've put on alot of weight! my feet swells up if i walk alot or work out too much. doctor's medication has not helped much so far. But still i would suggest u to go for a complete body check-up.blood test will reveal wats ur thyroid level like.

no...I was born without a thyroid gland and I take levothyroxin or synthroid at .30mg (ok not at the smae time-they substitute one for the other) and my blood is just fine as is my appetite..the thing is...if you are skinny and have a good workout regimen the medicine controls your metabolism at a rather high level , one that is close to that of an athlete...not Lance Armstrong or anything..but more like someone who works out all the time..
NOW..that was for hypothyroid...btw..if you are hypo thyroid..then look to see if you get lethargic or your eyes dilate more or less depending on how much sleep you get or how jumpy and excited you get...it all plays in..
as I am hypothyroid..and not HYPER thyroid..it is probably just the opposite with a few differences here and there..and IN EITHER CASE. go see a doctor in regards..because it can be serious..goiters are a result of thyroid issues that are NOT taken care of..

Yes. Especially if you're eating more than usual and still losing weight. Like the lady said, go to the doc, have it worked up.
