I love it when it storms! Actually I really like the smell in the air just after a rain shower starts. I don't know if you know what I am talking about, but it is the smell that asphalt paving gives off just as it starts to rain.
Also it can be very romantic if you are with the one you love, a big storm hits, and the power goes out. You can cuddle up around a bunch of candles, and spend some quiet time together.

No,I live in tornado alley (in the USA),so its alert time when a fierce one rolls in....I have been terrified of storms since I was 3 and witnessed a horrible tornado in our City..and since survived 4 to date that were earth shattering to our area..Just a rain storm is nice,without all the beels & whistles along with it..=)

I really do. We so need some rain here, it is predicted at 30% over the next few days.
When it is storming I find it soothing and relaxing.

Oh yeah!! There's nothing like the energy of a good thunderstorm! Although, here in N. Texas, we can use a break so everything can dry up a little...the ground can't absorb anymore. :)

No I have windows everywhere and sky lights. There is no where to escape the lightening. The lightening is what I hate the most.
