You know believe it or not - This is a good question as today we really don't know what's right or wrong.
I personally have bubble bath pics of my children in the bathtub but keep only as family pics. (Today some may say it's child porn but to me it's a mother's / parents pride and joy.)
So never to old but in the privacy of your own home.
Just to be on the safe side, just my opinion.

I say anything after one is too old. Unless you are doing private pictures for that someone special, then I guess if you even if you are sixty then it'd be ok, but only for that someone special. God forbid you would leave out something like that and your kids were to get ahold of it on accident while having friends over for pop, video games and chips, then OMG!! That would be soooo bad.
