when you tear off a load of toilet tissue ( two ply) and the perferations don`t line up then spend the next 5 mins trying to sort it out

If the perforations in the two ply don't line up, then you just need to pull one of them over the roll, thus making them line up. All of five seconds. Where do you get your five minutes from?
I do hate it when the person before me has torn off a piece without using the perforation. That's what it's there for! It leaves half a piece on the end with a raggedy edge; I have to tear that bit off and throw it away.

Simple to remedy.Take the top layer and pull it back around the roll, keeping hold of the lower sheet.Voila, the perforations will line up.

No, there are a lot of things that annoy me, but the perforation of toilet paper not being lined up is not when of them.

Ah, it's a bloke thing. My son and husband do that. And they leave the seat up. They leave the carboard tube there, without getting another roll of paper out.

Yeah so if you end up using 1 ply it's too thin and you risk getting poo under your finger nail!

There is nothing worse then having a spot of trouble with the perforations - EXCEPT for where there is only a couple of sheets left and no NEW roll within reach and ..........(.leave it to your imagination)....... but jeez does that brass me off!
