i wan to know if my freind got put in Juvie where can i find that out for free besides him, his fam. or freinds?????? and if he is in Juvie is there anyway to get ahold of him there?????

You didn't say what state you are in so I am attaching a link which allows you to search criminal records and penitentiaries in all states.
However, I don't think it is going to have what you are looking for. The records for minors are a lot tougher to come by than adults. A lot of children's records are sealed, and access to minor prison lists are much harder to come by. But still, you should try the attached link and see if you get lucky.

THEY SON'T TELL YOU IF YOU CALL BUT YOU CAN SEND A LETTER TO THE JUVIE CENTER ADDRESSED TO HIM AND IF HE ANSWERS BACK YOU KNOW FOR SURE HE'S THERE
