The 1974 $100 Federal Reserve Note is only worth face value unless it grades Uncirculated (As New condition).
The only exception would be Star notes (that is, there is a star at the end of the serial number in place of a letter). Those catalog for between $125 for a rather circulated note to $350 for an uncirculated note.

I think it would probably still be worth only $100 dollars. It would have to be much older to be worth anything.
