Now, I know that racism cannot be stopped and that it will continue on no matter what, but, say that it's possible, what could we do prevent, stop, or even decrease racism in this country.

Education is the key to breaking down racism. The next step would be understanding and acceptance of others.
As human beings we naturally like things that are easy and convenient, especially when it comes to our feelings.
Staying ignorant is easier for most people.
Then again I have met and have seen some very educated, and talented people, who actually know better, but still choose to be racist..... that's the type of racism, that only God can cure, but only if that individual is willing!
