no... she's playin you, and you deserve someone who doesn't have all that baggage and drama. Go find yourself someone who can focus on YOU and you alone.

The best thing to do in a situation like this is to let her know how you feel, and find out how she does in return. Don't jump to conclusions on how you think she feels. Also, weigh out the consequences of your actions. If you two decide you're right for each other, the responsibilities of parenthood are now yours, and the father will still be in the picture for his child. If you two wouldn't work out, friendship is always an option, and if you truly care about her that's all you need.

Let me get this straight - she's with this guy, just gave birth to his son, and she loves him. Face it dude, she's off-limits. You're probably misreading her "flirting" - she's just being playful and friendly.
Asking her out would not only show disrespect to the other guy, but it would also be disrespectful to her, because it would insinuate that she is selfish and immature enough to throw away a perfectly good relationship with her boyfriend / baby daddy just to date another guy. And most importantly, it would also show a lack of respect for yourself - just as you wouldn't try to take money that isn't yours, you shouldn't try to take love that isn't yours.

Man up and do the right thing - let this one do. Try to limit your contact with her as much as possible, and focus on dating other women.
