how about lean meat on whole wheat bread with mustard? or hummus on whole wheat pita bread? lots of raw fruits and veggies. yogurt is always good, too. chunky vegetable soup will help you eat less, too.

bring a long a bottle of Tobasco, if you find chicken too boring :-)
