George W. Bush got a lobotomy in 1978. That was the year he first ran for Congress. His opponent made fun of his pedigree family background and his Ivy League degrees (Yale an Harvard). His opponent won and from that moment on Dubya vowed that he would never be "outdumbed" again. And so he wasn't, winning the Texas gubernatorial twice and the US Presidency twice.
