Can weight lifting-->eating--> lots of sleep-->lifting over and over agian make you grow?( my friend grew 6 inches in less than a year when he started)
When i started squatting again after not doing so for a month my legs have been hurting for quite a while.. is this a sign of a growth spurt?(its been hurting for 2 weeks now and im only 15)
