Do you know where to find REALLY good commercial web site designer?

I'm looking for somebody/company who can design chat room paid for minute. Do you know who can do it? I called number of companies but they can't do it, what is so difficult? Thanks for any help.

Watch your local paper for best-of awards. I did, and saw the top ten, and compared myself, and saw how mediocre my websites are by comparison...
