depends on the kind of jiggle, but generally upper arms, butts and boobs should not jiggle excessively - otherwise it's just like watching a big bowl of jello, and how wants to see that

Boobs in the work place. They should be appropriately bound and well covered so they are not a distraction to other workers. I say this as the bearer of 42DD's that are strapped down and hidden under a T over which is a tasteful, business-appropriate jacket.
If you dress like a bimbo, you'll get treated like a bimbo.
