There is a form that you need to include when paying by check to eBay for your selling fees.

Login to your account and go to Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?OneTimePayPalPayment --> then click on Mail in a check or money order

A payment coupon will appear with your ebay username plus the last invoice amount.

You will send your payment to

eBay, Inc.
P.O. Box 2179
Carol Stream, IL 60132-2179
United States

As you are in the UK you can use this link to make a one-time payment by cheque.

http://cgi1.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?PayCoupon

The cheques should be made out to: eBay Europe S.à r.l.
All address and payment details are on the webpage.

Do remember to print your eBay account ID on the back of your cheque so it can be matched to your eBay member name.

You can also pre-pay your fees too.

Hope this helps!

Don't forget to allow plenty of time for your cheque to arrive and be credited - I think they say 10 days, but you'll see it on your invoice/payment slip..
