...takes the yellow shredded paper and puts it in a bowl with milk and calls it Shredded Wheat.

Does he need help or is he just being cheap?

Shredded paper isn't as good as shredded cardboard. More fiber

hmmm... that might account for some fiber but I'd at least add a couple pencil erasers for some protein
