How AMAZING was the season finale of Desperate Housewives?? What's next??

I have to admit, there were quite a few episodes in season 3 that I thought were, well, not all that. But did it ever end with a BANG - who would've thought Edie would kill herself? How fabulous was that! Not to mention the fact that Bree's back, her daughter's pregnant, and Lynette is practically in love with her now ex-manager!

What do you think will happen next? Which parts of season 3 did you like the most, and which did you not like? Do you think it's fair Edie got killed off - if not, who do you think should've left instead?

I don't think Edie's really dead.

As for me, I really didn't like most of season 3 and actually stopped taping it until the last few episodes, which were pretty good. Season 4's gonna really have to be better to lure former viewers back and/or secure new ones.

I'm not convinced at all that Edie is dead, its called a cliffhangar. I believe there is big trouble to come in the Gabbie saga, and maybe Carlos will be dragged into it. Lynette has cancer, and I'm not sure how thats gonna play out, but one secret that I think will be found out, is that Bree is not pregnant, and that shes covering for Danielle. Probably, Julie will be the 1st to find that out, since her and Danielle were friends and slept with the same guy, Edie's nephew.

Season 4 Spoilers-
-Gabrielle Lang is married to Victor. Victor and his father, Milton, both return in season 4.Victor dies, and Gabrielle takes his place as mayor.Eva Longoria has revealed that season four will have Gabrielle and Carlos getting back together.
-The question of whether or not Edie Britt's suicide attempt was successful remains unanswered for now. In season 4, Edie's secret sister, Helen (played by Claire King) comes to Wisteria Lane.
-Susan Delfino is married to Mike. In the fall, Susan, Mike, and Julie welcome Mike's younger brother, Terry, and his wife, to Wisteria Lane. This season's mystery revolves around Terry and his wife.
-Lynette Scavo is sick with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Lynette Scavo's mother, Stella Wingfield, in a recurring role introduced in the season 3 finale. Also, Doug Savant revealed in an interview on The View that Jason Gedrick will return as Rick Coletti in season 4. Tom and Lynette's marital problems continue, despite Lynette's cancer.

I dunno if Edie is actually gone since she is under contract till 2011. They also have Edie's secret sister, Helen (played by Claire King) coming to Wisteria Lane.

Which part did I like? Oh when Carlos and Gaby get it on at her wedding, Mike and Susan FINALLY getting hitched and Bree's trampy daughter stuck being pregnant and miserable.

I didn't like that Edie was screwing Carlos over and that Carlos was too dumb to tell Gaby how he felt about her before she tied the knot. I also hated how Tom was after he was stuck on bed rest. I mean holy heck Lynette was working her tail off at the pizzaria and @ home and he was being a jackbutt.

I don't think anyone should have left, I hope Edie is around to have her just desserts from Gaby and Carlos.

i presumed it replaced into plenty greater advantageous than final season's finale. i'm hoping Edie would be ok yet you by no ability understand with DH. I HATE Gaby's new husband. i presumed he replaced into scum earlier the overheard verbal substitute. i'm hoping she gets out of that sham of a marriage. SO happy for Mike and Susan--finally married! YEA! i've got self belief undesirable for Lynnette and desire she will have the means to stay to tell the tale the main cancers, pass to from mom and BEASTLY step-daughter. Bree is often astounding so delighted she is back from her actual-existence maternity go away. won't be able to WAIT to work out her new storyline play out. I observed Felicity Huffman on a verbal substitute tutor this week and he or she hinted that Rick, her weigh down from the eating place must be coming back next season. HMMMM? must be interesting if so.... looking forward to greater DH in September!!
