They should be put in a chair with their eyes taped open and made to listen to alll of President Bush's speeches since 2000 in al continuous loop. The Speech's should first be in English, then German and Mandarin.

They always come back, what's the point? I wish that, if someone abuses Y!A too much, they would NEVER be able to come back. Then stupid haters and trolls wouldn't exist as much. But, since you can have as many accounts as you want, there's no point.

I would delete or suspend them. That works and gets rid of the trolls. they would never re-think of re-registering and starting again
