Yesterday this pregnant 17-yr. old girl I know got so drunk that she urinated in her 8-month old daughter's face, & both of the babies' daddies beat her up for it. & the police took her to the mental hospital, & the men were let go free, but the men should've gotten arrested for beating on a minor. They were drunk, too. The babies' daddies are 40 & 29. I know...very dysfunctional.

She doesn't deserve to be excused for getting drunk while she was pregnant and while she had another child to take care of. However she does not deserve to be beaten. Both men should have been arrested for assault and battery. And they certainly should not have had sex with a minor. I do not know the age of consent in your state but that sounds illegal to me.

Okay. There's a lot going wrong here. In my opinion no one's actions are excusable, in this case. These old men dating this young girl and having babies by her, first of all, and there are two different ones. Do the terms molestation or statutory rape fit here? I believe so. Secondly, I don't care how drunk you get, please explain to me step by step how you posture yourself, accidentally, to pee on your baby. Your friend has some issues that probably stem from being abused by these men, or someone before. She's irresponsible, and needs help, probably more help than she'll get at that hospital, considering the system. I blame all of her problems on her parents. But, no, she nor those two pedophiles should be excused for their behavior.
