It was D.O.A. from the start. Their target audience does not listen to talk radio the way Conservatives do. I didn't agree with them, but I have listened to it. You have to listen to every side in order to make an informed opinion.
I just wanted to hear rational thoughts and hear their opinion defended. I can hear the bashing of what everyone else believes anywhere so I tuned out, like everyone else.

I do a lot of driving for work and listen to Air America everyday on XM. It seems to be alive and kicking strongly and should get even stronger once the merger with Sirrus is completed. With so much of the talk show format (radio and TV) monopolized by the right wing it is refreshing and interesting to hear the other side also.
