Women who wear high cut thong underwear under low cut jeans who like to stretch a lot. Women who wear black thongs under too tight white pants. Women who wear thongs under very short skirts and bend over a lot. Men who wear boxer underwear under tracksuit pants. Men who adjust themselves in public. The builders on the construction site at my work who wear very short shorts and like to eat their lunch one handed right opposite the window with each leg resting two feet apart on the window sill.... with the other hand they like to scratch a lot.
