No, it does not. That is just fiction based on the true fact that water, and therefore blood, would boil at room temperature in a vacuum. But that would be blood in an open bowl; it would be totally different in your body.

Yes, your head will pop because space does not cantain air has a very low pressure. Your body which has air has a higher bressure and the forces do not balance so your head will pop. that's the reason that astronauts wear space suits.

Well you don't really pop.. Your head will implode. Because there is nothing in space it is a vacuum. So your head closes in upon itself.
