There are a lot of make ups and powders out there that are for oily skin...especially in the T zone, but the real secret is combating the oily skin problem consistently with a good cleansing regiman for oily skin! I personally have dry skin, but my daughter has oily skin that she got from her dad....we've tried about everything, but have found that St Ives Apricot scrub for oily skin works the best.....she leaves it in the shower and washes her face and neck with it every day! Her dad uses it as well and it really helps with his oily skin..especially in the summer....and when you're a man, there's not the option of covering it with make up!

The Body Shop has a really great day cream called Seaweed Matifying Moisture Lotion. It soaks up all the oil on my face immediately and leaves my skin oil free all day. They have a cleanser and toner that goes along with it.
Just the lotion is 16 bucks, you can the whole kit for around 27, the lotion has lasted me awhile, check out:

I would reccommend another moisturizer for night time so your skin doesn't feel too dry. They have another seaweed night treatment for acne prone skin or Philosophy's hope in a jar would be a great choice, a little more expensive but worth it. Or any higher end over the counter face moisturizer like Clean and Clear or something like that.

I have the same problem. A great product is Mary Kay Oil Mattifier used sparingly after you moisturize in your t-zone. It works like those blotting tissues and I never have shine for the rest of the day. You can buy it from any Mary Kay consultant or on their website under Skincare, Specific Needs. Good luck!

I had the same problem and my doctor advised me not to wear any moisturizers. Also, be careful when you are using cosmetic products. During these many years that I have worn makeup, the only foundation that stays on me and does not make me extra oily is Everyday Minerals, Intensive Formula. Try everydayminerals.com and make sure that you ask for samples in their intensive formula. The samples are for free-

Use a clay mask every other day.

Or you can use a mask of plain milk of magnesia. Be sure to shake the bottle well, apply a thin layer. Allow it to dry 10-15 minutes then rinse w/ cool water. You can use this on your t-zone every evening. It will absorb excess oil & temporarily tighten pores.
